# Purchase Prints

Selecting a work of art that will beautify your home or work space is a personal and intentional process. I take this very seriously, and as a result apply the highest level of rigor possible to my print-making process.

I have tested and hand-selected unique products that can fit any budget or space. Naturally, I always advocate the purchase of a print, versus a mounted product like a Duraplaq, because nothing can meet the experience of holding a photograph you truly enjoy.

Yet there are situations that call for something different, so in addition to mounted or framed prints, I offer print alternatives that maintain the archival quality of a fine print. You can read more about these alternatives below.

My Warranty

Every image I sell includes a warranty. I guarantee your purchase with an unconditional refund, minus shipping charges, for any print or product returned in new, undamaged condition, within 10 business days of receipt.

We will replace any product that arrives damaged at no cost to you. You simply need to provide proof of the damage (a requirement of shipping insurance).

Fine Prints

The fine art print is, in a way, a conclusion to the photographer’s artistic process. This is at times arduous and time-intensive—countless hours afield, meticulous post-production, and then the printing process itself. Given the personal investment made just to offer an photograph as a fine print, I do everything possible to produce high quality prints.

My prints possess vibrant color, deep blacks and fine contrast that cannot be seen in a digital image compressed for the web. Mounted and framed, our prints are beautiful additions to any home or work environment.

Our Printing Process and Environment

My prints are produced using a color-calibrated environment in my studio. I use Photoshop for post-production on the NEC MultiSync PA241W monitor, which is calibrated weekly. My studio is painted 50% grey, with ambient light sources selected to provide optimal conditions.

Each print I make is inspected to ensure my quality standards. My signature is included in the lower right corner on prints of 12 inches or greater on the longest side,a nd every print includes a Certificate of Authenticity stating the date the photograph was made and printed.

Printing Materials

Our standard paper is Canson's Baryta Photographique. It's white balance is superb, and delivers incredible results. Canson has been making paper for more than 450 years, and the Baryta Photographique is one of the best-rated Baryta papers available. I use Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival pigment inks on Epson 7890, 4880, and R2400 printers.

Print Availability

My prints are available matted on acid-free matt board, or matted and framed. I work with local, independent framers who maintain a wide variety of framing materials.

Prints are made on a per-order basis. The majority of orders are fulfilled within 10 working days of your purchase, and typically sooner.


Made from eco-friendly wood, DuraPlaq™ provides a durable, long-lasting way to preserve and present archival prints.

Your print is mounted on an acid-free surface and finished with a beveled edge. Edge color options help personalize and compliment a plaque-mounted picture, while surface coating finishes enhance your print while providing UV and moisture protection.

DuraPlaq™ is a completely finished product with a coated, black, moisture-resistant finish on the back to ensure that your print is fully protected and maintains a clean, high-quality appearance.

Surface Finish Options: Velvet (Standard), Matte, Semi-Matte, and Satin

Hanging System: Keyhole with screw(s) is standard. An easel system is added to any StandardPlaq less than ten inches. Wire hanger can be incorporated upon request.


Gives your plaque-mounted print dimension by appearing to float off the wall. A favorite for fine art galleries and artists alike, acid-free 3/8” thick surface, finished with a beveled edge in any color, with a ¾” deep backing to create a floating effect.

Surface Finish Options: Velvet (Standard), Matte, Semi-Matte, and Satin

Hanging Systems: French Cleat is standard. If requested, a keyhole or wire hanger can be added to the FloatPlaq.


Bring substance and dimension to your plaque-mounted print; mounted on a 1inch+thick, acid-free surface, finished with a beveled edge in any color.

The backside is hollowed out to reduce weight and conceal the cleat hanging system, which hangs the artwork flush against the wall.

Surface Finish Options: Velvet (Standard), Matte, Semi-Matte, and Satin

Hanging System: French Cleat is standard. If requested a keyhole or wire hanger can be added to the MegaPlaq; however these hanging systems are not typically recommended for final installation.

Canvas Wraps

Print Wraps are fantastic and affordable alternatives to archival fine art prints.

Fine Art Giclée Canvas Gallery Wraps

Printed directly onto museum quality canvas material using archival inks, the canvas print is then wrapped around a frame so the photo’s edges are visible on the sides of the frame. Several thicknesses are available, including 3/4, 1½, and 2½ -inch depths.

A laminate (glossy or lustre) is applied to each piece to protect the print's surface and provide UV Light protection. Giclee wraps can be purchased with or without a paper backing or hanging hardware attached.

Several edge options are available with this product, as well. The most popular include natural, which bleeds the image to the full edge of the wrap, and solid color borders.

Photographic Canvas Gallery Wraps

A low-cost alternative to traditional framing, your image is printed on Kodak Endura silver-based paper in a lustre or metallic surface. The print is bonded onto museum quality canvas, and wrapped around a 1½" deep frame. This product is delivered to your doorstep display-ready, with hanging hardware attached.

Metallic Prints

Metallic prints are an awesome addition to our assortment of print alternatives. With your print mounted on aluminum, display it just about anywhere-- inside your home or workspace, or even outside in a protected space such as a porch or patio. We love them, and think you will, too!

The solid composite mounting material guards against loss of shape, while UV protection prevents any fade in color. Thanks to the matte aluminum surface your images have a classic, flawless appearance.

Direct Print

Your image is printed with a matte finish directly onto a solid aluminum backing. Your photo is displayed without the need for an additional glass layer or lamination, yet is protected against external elements.

The aluminum backing is as pure and simple as the finishing process—classic elegance that is well-suited for digital images. The direct print on aluminum backing is a fantastic, affordable alternative to the original print on aluminum backing.

Print on Metal

A gallery quality mounting, your archival print is bonded to a sturdy but very light aluminum backing. This format is fantastic large format photos.

The print is laminated with a protective film that protects it from sunlight, dirt, and splashes of water. Available in matte or glossy.
